RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Hijabian’s will accept returns or exchanges only for items that are in new condition, unused, unworn, and free from any damage caused by the customer. To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, please mail out your item within 7 days of receiving the original order. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 7 days from the date of delivery.

After submitting the return/exchange form and receiving confirmation from our team, kindly dispatch the parcel within 2 days. Late dispatch will not be accepted.

Items must be returned with the HIJABIAN’S tag/label and in their original packaging. In case the pocket add-on is missed due to any reason, the additional pocket charges will be refunded.

Customized or made-to-order items are not eligible for return or exchange.

SHIPPING CHARGES

If the return is due to an error on our part (for instance, wrong item sent, size issue from our side, or any fault in the product), we will bear all shipping costs related to the return. If the return is not due to our error (for example, you changed your mind after ordering), the buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges.
